We built SuperTuner to work entirely on your device. We don't collect, transmit, or store any personal data. This policy explains what that means in practice.

Data We Do Not Collect

Riley Bray Inc does not collect, store, share, or sell any personal data from users of SuperTuner. This includes but is not limited to: names, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, usage analytics, crash reports transmitted to external servers, or any audio data processed by the Application.

Microphone Access

SuperTuner requires access to your device's microphone to detect pitch in real time. All audio processing occurs entirely on-device. Audio input is analyzed in memory and immediately discarded. No audio data is recorded, stored locally, or transmitted to any server, internal or external. We don't hear you tuning.

No Analytics or Tracking

SuperTuner does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or telemetry services. We do not track how you use the Application, how often you open it, what instrument presets you use, or any other behavioral data. There are no third-party SDKs in the Application that collect data on our behalf.

No Account Required

SuperTuner does not require account creation, login, or registration of any kind. No personal information is required to use any feature of the Application.

Purchase Information

All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Riley Bray Inc does not receive, process, or store any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data and purchase history.

Children's Privacy

SuperTuner is appropriate for users of all ages and does not collect any data from any user, including users under the age of 13. As no personal information is collected, no special accommodations are required under COPPA or similar legislation.

Data Retention

Because we collect no personal data, there is no user data to retain, delete, or export. Application preferences and settings are stored locally on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the Application.

Your Rights

As we collect no personal data, requests for data access, correction, portability, or deletion are not applicable. If you have questions about your privacy in connection with SuperTuner, please contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our data practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and revise the date at the top of the page. We will not adopt practices that contradict our commitment to collecting no user data without providing clear notice and an opportunity to opt out or discontinue use.
